Room C is a board room style meeting room that seats a maximum of 22 people.

TheCooperative Extension Education Center has two first floor meeting roomsavailable for use by community groups, organizations, government bodies, andbusinesses for daytime, evening and weekend use for meetings or educationalprograms.Facilities are notavailable for parties. Meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. Freeparking is available in our Willow Avenue lot or along Willow and LincolnStreets.

Meeting RoomUse Options

1. One-time use: Reserve a room for a single meeting; eligiblefor future use if building rules were followed.

2. Multipleuse: Reserve a room forseveral meetings; there is no guarantee that space will be available at thesame date and time each month.Advancebooking is permitted for up to 3 months.

3. Annual lease: Sign an annual lease for regular monthlymeetings. Request a sample copy of the lease and arrange a meeting to discusslease terms.Lease rates are setannually by the CCE-Tompkins finance committee and approved by the board ofdirectors.

Meeting RoomCharge for One-time and Multiple-time Users

  • Weekday $35 forhalf-day use (up to 4 hours); $50 for full day use (4 hours plus)
  • Weekend $45 forhalf-day use (up to 4 hours); $65 for full day use (4 hours plus)
  • Payment isrequired at the time of booking by check, credit card, money order.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only if the meeting room cancellation is received20 business days in advance.
  • In the case of cancellations due to inclement weather or CCE-Tompkinsbuilding closure, credit will be given towards future meeting space use.On occasion, a group may be asked to relocateto another community meeting space due to CCE-Tompkins priority use – CCE-Tompkinswill provide at least 20 days notice if such circ*mstance should arise andrefund any money paid.

Publicmeeting rooms are made available on an equitable basis, regardless of therace, religion, sex, or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting theiruse. The Cooperative Extension Association of Tompkins County, as the owner ofthe building, has the right to grant permission or deny meeting room use if theuser cannot comply with CCE-Tompkins building use policy and depending on CCE-Tompkins program needs.
